Abstract

The rapid development of digital and communicative technologies in education has transformed the traditional teaching paradigm. Enhancing students’ communicative and creative competence is now a key objective of modern higher education, especially in the training of future language teachers and interpreters. This paper explores the theoretical foundations and practical application of the illustration method as a pedagogical tool to develop communicative and creative skills. A conceptual model is proposed that integrates visual, linguistic, and creative dimensions of learning, demonstrating how illustrative techniques promote interaction, imagination, and communicative autonomy among university students.
