The present article examines the distinctive features of poetic translation, the challenges involved in interpreting poetry, and the complexities of rendering it into another language. Special attention is devoted to the poems of Shavkat Rahmon - an eminent poet, translator, and Honored Cultural Figure of Uzbekistan and to the translator’s skill in conveying the aesthetic, semantic, and rhythmic nuances of the poet’s works into the Turkish language.
