THE NATURE AND REQUIREMENTS OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS
Abstract
In this article, I have provided necessary information about the essence of decision-making in the field of management and its requirements. that is, it should be a decision that will benefit the activities of that organization in the future. That's why I personally think that the decision taken by the leader can solve many things, the article emphasizes exactly such cases.
