Abstract

This article analyzes the widely used Korean expression “화이팅!” (Hwaiting), examining its origin, semantic features, grammatical forms, and socio-cultural significance. This unit is actively used in everyday speech as a means of expressing encouragement, support, and motivation.  The study scientifically explores its contexts of usage, variant forms, and pragmatic functions.
