Abstract

University professors are key figures in shaping students' academic and moral development. Their role goes beyond teaching scientific concepts—they influence students through their ethics, behavior, and interpersonal relationships. This study investigates how professors’ ethical conduct impacts student learning and motivation, based on the perspectives of second- to fourth-year students in the Department of Persian Language and Literature at Sheikh Zayed University. Findings suggest that professors' moral values and human relations, alongside academic skills, significantly affect students' educational engagement and the overall quality of learning.
